anxiety and panic, stress, anger management, bereavement & loss, mild to moderate depression, OCD, lack of confidence/low self-esteem, phobias, exam nerves, weight loss, smoking, nail biting and other habits, driving test nerves, chronic pain, chronic illness, insomnia, public speaking fears, blocked creativity, fear of dentist. These are just some of the issues that hypnotherapy & counselling can assist with and that I work with.
As different issues may require different approaches a combination of some of the following therapies may be used during the course of treatment: positive suggestion, hypnoanalysis, guided visualisation and NLP, EFT, integrative psychotherapy.
As a therapist I am continually striving to further my knowledge, expertise and self-development through continual professional development (CPD) so as to offer the best level of support to my clients. As part of my continual professional and personal development I am responsible for regularly attending clinical supervision in order to maintain an ethical and well-run practice. I am a warm and approachable person and enjoy working with my clients to enable them to fulfill their inherent potential for their highest benefit.
