| At Primary Health Care we have repeatedly been able to deliver a well trained workforce, supported by a pro-active, responsive management to undertake a high standard of provision of care. We currently provide services to people in South Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. We can demonstrate a high standard of care provision with a reliable workforce. Our policies and procedures are written to provide clear guidelines on the quality of care we wish to provide. Our forward planning and strategies enable us to consistently provide an excellent sustainable service with a well trained workforce, and with constant assessment of staff skill mix. With the extensive experience of the management team in specialised areas of care, followed through in support worker training we are able to provide a service in specialist areas of care such as elderly care, dementia, physical disabilities & learning disabilities.
