Our structure is quite unique within the PR industry. Whereas other agencies tend to operate using a tiered and hierarchical account team, we like to work a flat structure. This means that all of our consultants are qualified to deal with all eventualities, rather than leaving less experienced staff to handle crises or to make important decisions about an account.
