| *HISTORY*
The practice was formed in Oxford in July 2000 and quickly outgrew its initial premises. A second larger office was opened in Abingdon in 2002 and the two combined in 2003. We have now returned to Oxford in bespoke premises near the city centre to facilitate further growth. We are currently 14 strong.
The fresh nature of the company has produced a lateral and vibrant approach to all aspects of our work. We have established a market reputation for commercial judgement, design, and management of a broad range of projects. Our work profile has grown from domestic scale projects to include project management; masterplanning; medium scale mixed-use new build and regeneration schemes; and product design.

Ethos -

We have a growing reputation for sound commercial judgement, team leadership and project management in the course of carrying out all of our commissions.
We support and maintain awareness of the highest environmental standards, and implement the principles of sustainability relating to building design, servicing and occupation at every opportunity.
